The National Weather Service in Boulder is forecasting a sunny day with a high of 91 degrees for Denver on Friday. There’s a 10% chance of storms in the evening with a low of 60 degrees.
The Colorado Department of Health and Environment has not issued an air quality alert for Friday, signifying that the air is in fine condition.
Saturday will also be hot and sunny at 91 degrees, the NWS says. Winds of 15 mph are possible with a low of 59 degrees.
Sunday will be a bit cooler, with a high of 86 degrees and a slight chance of storms. Sunday night will drop to 58 degrees.
Temperatures will begin next week in the 90s, but NWS models show on the extended forecasts that monsoonal moisture could return late next week.
