A neighbor is in custody, accused of murdering a man in Matttawa.
Family members identified 56-year-old Juan Manuel Silva Murillo as the shooter from surveillance video on their property.
Fifty-four-year-old Antonio Quiterio Magallon was pronounced dead at the scene.
Murillo surrendered after being called on the phone and is now is the Grant County Jail on second-degree murder charges with bail set at $5 million.
EMT workers were first to arrive on the scene to find Magallon dead after family members found down on the ground outside their home.
No reason for the shooting has yet been established. The investigation continues. The shooting took place a around 2 p.m. Thursday in the 21000 block of Road 24.7 Southwest.
