The Patriots plan on staying out in Los Angeles as they play the Chargers on Sunday, then follow with the Rams on Thursday night.
Patriots head coach Bill Belichick told reporters out in LA during a conference call, that in between games, the Patriots would practice at UCLA and utilize those facilities to prepare for the Rams.
But right now, Belichick’s primary focus is on the Chargers, and not the logistics of the pivotal back-to-back games out west.
Belichick told local reporters Tuesday he is taking one trip at a time, the first being the Chargers.
“There’s not a lot of difference between this trip and the Seattle trip just in terms of time, scheduling and so forth, other than that was a night game,” said Belichick. “But, a lot of the other elements of it are very similar.”
Elements in terms of COVID-19 precautions and the whole dynamic of trying to stay virus-free.
