Roseburg Police cited a man for second degree disorderly conduct after an unusual incident on Friday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 11:00 a.m. the 25-year old was allegedly arguing with a woman regarding property, in the parking lot of a business in the 1000 block of Northeast Stephens.
The report said that when the woman left, the suspect got on the back of her car and would not let go. He had multiple opportunities to let go of the car when it was not moving, but held onto it while the woman drove several blocks to another business, through a parking lot and back onto Northeast Stephens. The report said this caused alarm to numerous people in the area.
The man was released after the citation was issued.
