Weekend rail service on the C Line (Green) will be suspended between Crenshaw and Redondo Beach Stations due to signal system upgrades starting at 9 p.m. Friday, June 26 to Sunday, June 28 close of service.
The following stations will be closed: Crenshaw, Hawthorne/Lennox, Aviation/LAX, Mariposa, El Segundo, Douglas and Redondo Beach.
Service will be maintained with free bus shuttles between Crenshaw Station and Redondo Beach. Shuttles will run every 15 minutes from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and every 20 minutes before and after those times.
Metro staff will be on hand to lend assistance at all C Line stations where bus shuttles are running. Please allow extra travel time to your commute.
For those planning to travel to LAX during this period, the LAX Shuttle G bus will operate from its usual stop at Aviation/LAX Station.
