How do you celebrate the new year’s arrival? I find that people’s approaches to New Year’s Eve varies more than many other holidays, falling on a spectrum of a sparkly spectacle to simple and serene.

That can make it difficult to create one standardized menu, so naturally we went ahead and made three. Glamour. Opulence. Excess. These are all words I associate with New Year’s Eve. For those who are looking for a night straight out of “The Great Gatsby,” these luxe dishes are sure to start a party off on a high note.
