Baton Rouge, La. – Christian Miller, an SEC champion and member of the LSU track and field program, earned his degree from LSU on Friday in sports administration.
A native of Monroe, La., Miller won his SEC title in the triple jump at the 2019 outdoor conference meet in Fayetteville, Ark., with a career-best leap of 53' 0.25" (16.16 meters). His win in the triple jump at the 2019 SEC outdoor meet was the kickstarter to the LSU men's squad capturing its first SEC team title this century.
Miller has won an additional five triple jump event titles during his four-year career for the Tigers and has scored at six different conference meets. Miller will compete for LSU in 2021 during the outdoor season.
